Charlie Is My Darling est le tout premier documentaire consacré aux Rolling Stones juste après la sortie de leur hit mondial I Can’t Get No Satisfaction. Réalisé les 3 et 4 septembre 1965 par Pete Whitehead, ce film mythique en noir et blanc, véritable archive, retrace leur tournée irlandaise. Il montre des images et des prestations inédites du groupe.

Une version pirate de très mauvaise qualité de 50 minutes a existé. Cette version officielle de 65 minutes bénéficie d’une restauration minutieuse du son et de la pellicule.
