Après une fusillade massive, un inconnu mystérieux arrive à un hôpital local au bord de la mort. Ensuite, une bande étrangère vient à l'hôpital pour l'affronter. Son infirmière, le seul témoin survivant de la fusillade de suivi, doit faire face à un interrogatoire du FBI qui déverrouille une intrigue et une revanche internationale.
